      1  Student fee is per student and rolled into tuition.  
      2  Required offertory for parishioner rate is rolled into tution.
      3  Total Cost is Tuition plus Student Fee Plus Offertory if applicable.
      4  Must be enrolled with FACTS with automatic deduction.
